Materials: Crepe Paper or tissue paper, string/twine, and scissors. All along I thought it's difficult to do this, but once you tried and followed the steps properly it's easy and fun you don't want to stop making more. Pom-poms can be used as party decorations, you can either hang them or lay on top of the table.
Same thing with crepe paper flowers.
